Business Development Executive
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce or a related field.
- Candidate must be driven, disciplined, highly motivated and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Candidate must be persistent, target-oriented and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
- Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with supervisor and other teams.
- Possess own transport.
- At least1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business development of the company's products.
- Responsible for the development of the product's marketing plan and approach.
- Actively pursuing new opportunities for the company's product.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
- Ability to "open" doors and establish communication and business relationships with clients.
- Work together with product stakeholders to ensure products are launched successfully.
- Prepare business proposals and product presentations.
- Understands business needs and able to make recommendations to enable the company to achieve its goals.
Creative Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Art/ Design / Creative Multimedia/Advertising / Media or equivalent.
- Required skill (s) : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Flash.
- Optional skill (s) : 3D Max, Action Script, HTML.
- Required Language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative, Proactive, Self-motivated, Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for senior position.
Responsibilities:
- To meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as brochure, web banner, flash animation, games, advertisement, web design, packaging, displays, or logos.
- To think creatively to produce innovative ideas that meet the constraints of cost, time and client's request.
- To interpret client's business needs and produce accurate and high quality work by choosing the appropriate media.
- To produce highly innovative creative ideas, concepts and art works utilizing appropriate media with visual impacts.
- To continuously improve a wide range of media skill, including photography, animation, design concept, video editing & etc.
- To work well in a team, with other designers, web developer, printers and marketing specialists.
- Able to work on tight deadlines and multitask between multiple projects.
- Senior Designers are expected to guide and lead junior staff.
Software Developer
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Show proficiency in Java, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML/HTML5 and other core web technologies.
- Knowledge in Java Application, mobile application development application, web services, SOAP, XML, Linux.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimum supervision and excellent analytical ability.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor.
- Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
- Review and repair legacy code.
- Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
- Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
- Responsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product.
- Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.

Interns
Alpha Crossing invites university or college students who are passionate in learning the latest technology to join for a minimum of 3 months internship program. This program provides opportunities to gain experience in the studied field and a wide exposure to real work responsibilities.
In collaboration with Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC), the internship is a program of education which the objective is to integrate the students' academic study with work experience in cooperating organizations.
Outstanding interns will get employment consideration priority upon graduation/completion of internship program.
